Privacy Notice & Notice at Collection

1. Who this covers

This notice describes how the operator of Ruta 777 and the Grupo Hacendado fan-list experience (“we,” “us”) handles personal information that adults provide through the game website, registration form, and related fan updates.

2. Information collected

When you choose to subscribe or separately enter the VIP draw, we collect your email address, country, confirmation that you are at least 18, privacy acknowledgment, email-marketing consent, and the time and version of that consent. You may optionally provide your city, favorite song, and WhatsApp number with separate WhatsApp consent. Technical services may process IP address, device/browser information, anti-spam verification responses, and routine security logs. Gameplay scores may be stored locally on your device. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

3. Why we use it

We use registration data to deliver the email updates you request about Grupo Hacendado and Ruta 777, including releases, shows, merchandise, special announcements, and promotions. We use a phone number only when you separately opt in to the named messaging channel. We also use limited information to prevent fraud or abusive signups, maintain security, keep consent and suppression records, honor privacy requests, and meet legal obligations. The fan-list signup does not enter you into the separate VIP giveaway. A VIP entrant provides full name, email, age and U.S. residency confirmations, acceptance of the Official Rules and privacy notice, and a human-verification token for eligibility and drawing administration.

4. Your choices and communications

Subscribing to promotional email is the purpose of joining this fan list, and is not required to play the game or participate in any independently offered free prize promotion. WhatsApp messages are separately optional, and providing a phone number alone is not messaging consent. We will provide an unsubscribe option in promotional email and an opt-out mechanism in promotional messages. We honor valid opt-outs and do not require you to continue marketing messages to play Ruta 777. Automated marketing texts or WhatsApp messaging must not begin until the relevant provider, sender identification, consent records, and opt-out handling are operational.

5. Sharing and service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers that help operate the website and secure registration, including Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1, and Turnstile. No email or messaging platform is currently connected to send promotional messages. Any provider added later will act on behalf of the campaign operator. We do not authorize service providers to use subscriber data for their own unrelated marketing. We do not currently use this registration database to sell or share subscriber personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We retain consent records and subscription data while your subscription remains active or as needed for security, compliance and suppression of future unwanted messages. Giveaway entries are kept only as needed to select and notify the winner, fulfill the prize, maintain an audit record, and meet applicable legal retention duties; nonwinners are not subscribed to marketing unless separately opted in. You may request unsubscribe or deletion at [email protected]. We will process requests manually while the automated email platform is not connected. We will retain only what is needed for lawful compliance and suppression after deletion.

7. Security and international processing

We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States or elsewhere; where required, we provide notices and safeguards for international transfers. Visitors in Mexico may have additional rights under applicable Mexican personal-data law.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights concerning your personal information, and you may withdraw promotional consent. Send requests to [email protected]. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. If the operator engages in any practices that trigger opt-out rights for sale or targeted-advertising sharing, we will provide the required controls and notices.

9. Adults only

The voluntary fan-subscription form is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect marketing subscriptions from children through this form. The game can be played without submitting contact information.

10. Future VIP promotions

Joining the fan list does not register you for a giveaway, reserve an event admission, or guarantee access to a prize or event. If a prize promotion is later offered, the sponsor will separately announce its actual prize details, dates, eligibility requirements, entry method, and official rules, including any legally required free-entry path. Email marketing consent will not be a condition of entering that separate promotion.

11. Changes

We may update this notice as practices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be disclosed as required. Changes do not retroactively create consent to a new messaging channel.
